The KB968 features three display interfaces: one VGA providing resolution up to 2048×1536 at 60Hz; one LVDS providing 18-bit, single channel, resolution up to 1600×900 at 60Hz; and one DisplayPort offering resolution up to 4096×2160 at 30Hz. The graphics-rich SBC has an advanced discrete-level GPU integrated in the processor to support high-end enhanced media and graphics capabilities. Additionally, the COM Express Compact supports hardware acceleration for DirectX 11.1, H.264, MPEG-2, MPEG-4 AVC, VC-1 and WMV, ensuring excellent graphics capability, and High Definition Audio interface.
Supporting up to 8 GB DDR3 SODIMM system memory, the SBC has an optional onboard SSD (with maximum write speeds of 30MB/s and maximum read speeds of 70MB/s) for data storage. Compliant with IEEE 802.3, IEEE 802.3u and IEEE 802.3ab, the KB968 features an Intel WGI210AT gigabit Ethernet controller and an integrated 10/100/1000GbE transceiver.
