Anritsu has partnered with DeepSig to harness AI in revolutionising spectrum sensing for wireless communications systems. This collaboration brings forward a novel approach to address the complexities of efficiently managing and utilising the radio spectrum, a critical resource that is becoming increasingly scarce as the demand for new radio frequencies to support 6G Use Cases grows.

With the integration of Anritsu's MS2090A Field Master Pro Spectrum Analyser and DeepSig’s AI-driven wireless signal detection and classification software, this partnership introduces a cutting-edge solution that leverages DeepSig’s patented deep learning algorithms. This advancement enables a significant leap in monitoring and characterising signals within dynamic wireless environments, overcoming the limitations of traditional RF sensing methods.

The use of a deep learning, data-centric strategy permits the swift integration of new radio signal models, facilitated by DeepSig’s machine learning training tools. This means that RF signals from emerging technologies such as drones and IoT devices can be accurately identified and learnt in a matter of days, significantly reducing the time required to adapt to rapidly evolving customer needs. This forms a cornerstone for the development of AI-native RF sensing technologies, which are essential for the advent of 6G.

This innovative solution offers customers the means to improve network performance, maximise spectrum efficiency, and adapt in real time to fluctuating RF conditions.

To experience this transformative technology firsthand, visit Anritsu at MWC 2024, located in hall 5, stand 5D41, and DeepSig in hall 2, stand 2L14MR.
