Board-to-board connectors that are not fully loaded are used in many applications, either because safety considerations require this (for instance to guard against spark-over voltages) and/or because they provide a way to reduce cost and weight. For instance, according to the DIN EN 60664-5 (VDE 0110-5):2008-05 standard, clearance and creepage distances must be implemented in such a way as to provide the best possible protection for people and material assets against the effects of electrical voltages or currents (or against problems caused by equipment failures).
One of SUYIN’s core competencies is in the area of board-to-board connectors. Consequently, it is no surprise that, for such application scenarios, the company also offers partially loaded interconnect solutions in accordance with customer specifications. SUYIN’s highly flexible and largely automated production processes permit partial loading of board connectors of the highest quality with particularly interesting and extremely competitive pricing. The many other SUYIN advantages include uncomplicated consulting on location, short and fast communication channels, ultra-modern CAE and CAD support (customer specific 3D models) as well as rapid prototyping within 14 days.
