The Mod I is a single row connector system in 2 to 12 positions utilising industry standard 0.79 x 1.57mm header posts in conjunction with cable mount receptacles, permitting a current rating of 5 amps max per contact. All products are fully RoHS-compliant.
The shrouded PCB headers feature polarisation and detent latching and are available with either tin or gold plated contacts. Cable mount receptacle housings accept a range of crimp snap-in contacts for 17-22 AWG wire with a choice of tin or gold contacts including high pressure. Housings for both cable receptacles and shrouded headers are UL 94V-1 rated.
Also available within the Mod I family are a range of unshrouded PCB headers and discrete PCB mount contacts providing a simple board to board solution where required.
