Enclosures are flame resistant to UL94-V0

Moulded from 100% recyclable ABS material the Hex-Box enclosures from Camden Boss are flame retardant to UL94-V0, they feature six self-retaining end panels in closed or vented style that offer huge cable management benefits and customisation opportunities.

Each end panel can be placed in the desired position allowing you to create a combination that works for you and your design, the lid is secured to the base using three concealed screws to maintain the aesthetic of the enclosure.

The closed end panels can be customised by machining or drilling to suit any I/O connectors or cable entries required, the option of vented end panels provides additional versatility making the Hex-Box enclosure suitable for IoT Sensor node applications that contain environmental sensors for measuring temperature, humidity and for air quality monitoring.

Measuring just 146 x 130 x 45mm the compact Hex-Box enclosure can accommodate a PCB up to 122.5mm in length, its novel design allows the PCB to be mounted in the base or the lid of the enclosure to suit the application requirement. It may be small but it’s also rugged and meets the IK07 impact test.

The enclosure has a modern aesthetic and is packed full of user friendly features allowing designers to create a perfect enclosure solution for desktops, or walls using the purpose made mounting bracket.

Accessories are available for Hex-Box including rubber feet which can be pushed into holes provided in the base of the enclosure making it suitable for desktop use and there is also a circular bracket which allows the enclosure to be wall mounted.

The wall bracket is packed full of mounting options and offers seamless and discrete mounting to retain the modern aesthetic look of your housing, whilst gaining additional functionality.

The convex lid and concave base of the Hex-Box enclosure also allows for concealed mounting, keeping it flush to the wall.
