Fan bearing types – weighing the pros and cons

Fans are one of the most recognised and utilised components for thermal management, having proven to be both efficient and cost-effective at removing excess heat from a system. At the heart of all fans is the fan bearing, which most hold up to thousands of rotations per minute and reliably operate for the full lifetime of the application.
