Atmel at EW 2011 – Introducing the UC3C for Automotive

Stephan Tahler of Atmel introduces the new 32-bit AVR UC3C microcontroller for Automotive applications.

Emdedded PWM block, analog functions dedicated for motor control applications in a car, like seat positioning, HVAC, windows etc. Its comprehensive set of communication interfaces like Dual CAN, 5 x LIN, Ethernet MAC also makes it suitable for protocol conversion functions. The device is fully supported by Atmel’s AVR toolchain and dedicated motor control evalluation kits are available.
