XMReality initiates collaboration with Hexagon
XMReality and Hexagon company myVR Software are initiating a collaboration to integrate XMReality’s Remote Guidance solution into Hexagon’s Xalt | Visualization platform for AR solutions.
The shared solution means that developers using myVR Software’s Xalt | Visualization AR platform will easily be able to build solutions that also include XMReality’s Remote Guidance functions. Together, this enables very powerful solutions that combine AR-based automatic instructions with remote access to expertise.
“XMReality’s remote guidance solutions help strengthen our technology platform, especially given that Xalt | Visualization’s platform is used in many of Hexagon’s products. In this way, we can more easily bring greater added value to the digital transformation processes of Hexagon’s customers,” said Rune Fjellvang, CEO myVR Software and evangelist for Hexagon Xalt.
