Ignys electronics design and software development consultancy celebrate four years bringing new ideas to life. This year they became Raspberry Pi Design Partners. Richard Fletcher, Ignys MD said: “Our team has worked with Raspberry Pis in numerous different product, proof of concept and test applications.  We can work with you to establish the correct device for your application and to then build an electronics and software solution around it. Through our Raspberry Pi Design Partner status, we have proven that, as a team, we can provide the skills and expertise needed to deliver robust solutions incorporating Raspberry Pi devices.”

The company have overcome astronomical challenges, from the pandemic to the semiconductor chip shortages.

They hit another milestone of 100 electronics design and software projects shortly before their 4th birthday on 26th July 2021.

They have been finalists in multiple awards in the past year including test product of the year for Elektra and they are the Midlands Service Provider of the Year (up to £1m) 2021.

Poppy Sinclair Sales Manager described how Ignys are evolving as a company: “There has been a big shift in the types of companies we have been speaking to with a really good mix of innovative startups and large household names looking for design work. We are appearing on more people’s radars as news of our good quality engineering work in electronics and software continues to spread. This is happening through word of mouth, relationships with trusted partners and successful marketing campaigns.” The rest of the Ignys team shared their own thoughts in their four year celebration article.

Ignys are helping companies to navigate the current landscape with an article on how to tackle the semiconductor chip shortages. Ignys are a strong believer in Mutual Wins, that through working effectively together we can all get through this with a bright future ahead.
