Kris Lokere, Engineering Manager, will present techniques to design and analyse mixed-signal applications circuits from sensor interface to digitisation. The presentation format will be a combination of instructional slide show and hands-on examples using Linear Technology’s LTspice circuit simulator tool.
Simon Bramble, Field Applications Engineer, will start with an overview of challenges present in the design of power supplies and focus on the efficient solutions provided by Linear Technology’s high-performance analogue ICs for fast and accurate power management and conversion applications.
Arrow Senior Applications Engineer Gary Church will go through how best to maximise the benefits of LTpowerCAD II – a complete power supply design tool programme that can significantly ease the tasks of power supply design; plus the benefits of LTspice IV – a high performance SPICE simulator, schematic capture and waveform viewer with enhancements and models for easing the simulation of switching regulators.
During this session, delegates will be shown how to get a power supply stable using LTpowerCAD II and how to port that design into LTSpice IV. Engineers of all experience levels, from relative novices to expert gurus, are encouraged to attend. Please register to save your seat. The seminar is free of charge and will be held in English.
The seminar will be held at the Norton Park Hotel, Sutton Scotney Nr Winchester on Thursday April 21 commencing at 09.30.
