Advanced training for the production process of electronic assemblies

In 45 minutes sessions which are being broadcasted live via webcam, experts from ZESTRON give advice and guidance on the following topics: Cleaning Before Conformal Coating (March 16^th), Surface Analysis (April 13^th), Monitoring and Controlling Cleaning Processes (May 12^th), Wire Bonding (June 15^th), Moulding (October 12^th), Surface Evaluation of Power Electronics (November 23^th), Cleaning for Decoating (December 7^th).

The subsequent round table discussion offers the opportunity to learn more about specific topics and ask questions. The participants will get a brief summary of the presentation afterwards for future reference.
