TARA Systems, renowned for its graphical user interface (GUI) technology Embedded Wizard, celebrates its 20-year collaboration with STMicroelectronics (ST) and being part of the ST ecosystem as a ST Authorised Partner.

The long-standing relationship has paved the way for innovative user interfaces (UIs) and opened new avenues for STM32 engineers.

The relationship between TARA Systems and ST began two decades ago around set-top boxes and digital TV. At that time, the industry was witnessing a surging demand for rapid and efficient UI development. Jointly, ST and Embedded Wizard enabled developers to optimise the user experience and fostered the creation of innovative UIs. This initial collaboration laid the foundation for future UI innovations on STM32 platforms.

As the technology landscape continued to evolve, by 2015, the market was experiencing a shift as customers increasingly demanded displays and easy-to-use graphical user interfaces. Embedded Wizard quickly adapted to these changing demands and created novel solutions for the STM32 MCU family.

Today, Embedded Wizard continues to support ST’s latest developments, including NeoChrom GPU and the latest platforms such as the STM32U599 MCUs as well as ST’s MPUs, for example the STM32MP135.
