Simon Keeton, a key figure in the semiconductor industry, has been making significant strides at onsemi since joining the company in 2007. As the current Executive Vice President and General Manager of the Power Solutions Group, Keeton has been instrumental in steering the division towards innovation and growth. 

Prior to this role, which he began in January 2019, he served as Senior Vice President and General Manager of the MOSFET Division since.

Keeton's journey in onsemi is marked by progressive leadership roles. Between 2012 and 2016, he was the Vice President and General Manager of the Integrated Circuit Division. Earlier, from 2009 to 2012, he led the Consumer Products Division and also held the position of Business Unit Director for the Signals and Interface Business Unit from 2007 to 2009. Before onsemi, Keeton had pivotal roles at Intel Corporation and Vitesse Semiconductor Corporation.

Educationally, Keeton's background is extensive, holding a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering and a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Michigan State University, complemented by an MBA from Pepperdine University. He also completed executive business programs at Harvard Business School, equipping him with a broad spectrum of skills for his leadership roles.
