CU Phosco promotes Nihal Najeem to Laboratory Manager

CU Phosco is proud to announce the promotion of Nihal Najeem to the role of Laboratory Manager, less than a year after joining the business as Laboratory Assistant.
Bringing over eight years of experience in the lighting industry and a master’s in engineering management, Nihal has a strong understanding of lighting standards and product compliance to the role. Since joining CU Phosco in October 2024, he has made an immediate impact, combining technical expertise with a passion for quality assurance and innovation.
“Nihal’s rapid progression is a result of both his technical ability and his proactive mindset. He’s brought a fresh perspective to the lab, and this promotion is a natural next step in our ongoing investment in talent and quality," said Paul Carter, Technical Manager, CU Phosco.
