It enables customers to access and download PDF datasheets and dimensioned line drawings for all standard products; if modifications are required, amended drawings can be uploaded back to the site and a quote requested.
For standard products, real-time stock levels are shown and orders can be placed 24/7. Payment can be made using a credit card or the goods booked to an existing account for next working day despatch. In-stock service levels exceed 98% across the company’s entire range of products, enabling customers to reduce their inventories. A choice of delivery methods and costs is offered to suit both urgent and routine requirements.
