Nu Horizons FAE wins Xilinx “Outstanding Contribution” award

Mark Ogden, a field applications engineer with Nu Horizons Electronics (UK), has beaten some 50 competitors to be honoured with an “Outstanding Contribution (EMEA)” award from programmable logic company, Xilinx. The award was presented at a Xilinx sales meeting in Newbury, Berkshire, earlier this month.

Handing over the award, Nicola Fielding, Northern Europe Regional Sales Manager for Cedar Technologies, the Xilinx representative, commented, “I am delighted with the recognition Mark has received from Xilinx. He has been instrumental in developing new markets for Xilinx, in line with our corporate strategy, and has dominated 3G/Dual Link reference design opportunities. This award also reflects on the great job Nu Horizons is doing for us as a distributor.”
