Circuits Assembly Editor-in-Chief Mike Buetow presented the award to Brian D’Amico, President, during a Tuesday, April 12, 2011 ceremony that took place at the Mandalay Bay Resort & Convention Center in Las Vegas during the IPC APEX EXPO 2011.

The 19th annual Service Excellence Awards for Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) Providers and Electronics Assembly Suppliers honor companies excelling in the crucial area of customer service.
For the awards, companies are rated on a scale of 1 (poor) to 5 (superior) in five service categories: dependability; ease of use; responsiveness; technology; and value for price.
