Controller for hydrostatic drives to be presented at bauma 2013

Jetter will present at the bauma in Munich the JXM-TX5, a versatile controller for mobile applications. The JXM-TX5 is a controller for hydrostatic drives and has been designed specifically for outdoor use. Among other things, it meets all requirements for use in harsh environments, such as vibration and shock resistance.

The enclosure complies with the degree of protection IP68. The operating temperature ranges from -40 to +85 °C. The JXM-TX5 communicates via two CAN bus interfaces using CANopen and SAE J939 protocols.

A permanent ECO mode reduces exhaust emissions and fuel consumption. The controller is highly configurable and parameterizable and can therefore be perfectly customized to different load situations. This makes it possible to start on an incline, or drive in mountainous conditions fully laden or unladen, without the driving wheels locking up. An ABS control unit can also be connected to the controller.

The ultramodern drive software of the JXM-TX5 enables comfortable jerk-free acceleration and deceleration. Trips at a constant diesel engine speed, as well as the speed-dependent adjustment of the hydro-pump and engine are also possible. The built-in load limit controller reliably prevents the diesel engine from stalling. A typical application is the hydrostatic drivetrain which can be found in most municipal vehicles, or agricultural and construction machinery. The controller JXM-TX5 has already proven itself many times and is available now.
