Lawrence Tse joined Inphi in June 2010 as the Vice President of Engineering for New Business Initiatives, and in his new position as CTO, he will be responsible for the Company’s strategic technology direction and planning. Tse has more than 25 years of semiconductor design and executive management experience at leading analog companies such as Marvell and Voltera. He has been credited for building and growing the wireless engineering group at Marvell Semiconductor, Inc., where he focused on accelerating and broadening the adoption of wireless LAN (WiFi) solutions, including the industry’s first complete two-chip 802.11b wireless LAN solutions, as well as the ultra-low-power WLAN System-on-a-Chip solution. His contribution helped make WiFi a standard feature in many consumer electronic devices and in enterprise infrastructures.

Recognized for his contributions to the development of load reduced DIMMs(LRDIMM) technology and for his outstanding work on the standardization of LRDIMMsfrom the JEDEC Solid State Technology Association,Chris Haywood has been promoted to Vice President and Chief Architect of the Computing and Storage Business Line and will continue to help lead the office of the CTO.
