Anritsu announces that it has entered into a Factory Test Technology Licensing Agreement with Qualcomm Incorporated for Qualcomm’s factory test solutions. Under terms of the agreement, Anritsu can provide turnkey factory test software solutions for all cellular and connectivity standards.
