Druck’s ability to design and manufacture both sensor and instrument has resulted in apowerful combination of silicon sensor and digital compensation. Precision of 0.01% full scale enables high accuracy calibration over a wide range. High resolution (typically 1ppm) measurement is achieved with high performing and self-calibrating electronics and a full 7-digit display.
The DPI 515 patented digital control performs with fast response time, no overshoot and unsurpassed set-point stability, better than 0.001% of span. At set-point the controller continues to operate with low noise and wide bandwidth resulting in an almost unmeasurable pressure ripple and stable pressure control unique to this method. The DPI 515 continuously monitors the pressurized system with a quick control loop that automatically compensates for small leaks and thermal changes within the unit.
RS 232 and IEEE-488 are standard in the DPI 515, allowing easy remote control and configuration for integrated computer driven systems. Included is Druck’s Intecal-W, a Windows® based Calibration Management software, designed for support of both laboratory and field based calibrations.
