Also being demonstrated is the latest cover tape from 3M; Universal Cover Tape (UCT) is already starting to revolutionise the industry by providing a solution that fits all carrier tapes, that doesn’t require anything else asides pressure to make a firm seal and will provide a consistent, extremely low tolerance of peel force previously impossible with other Heat seal or Pressure seal cover tapes.
To mark this new product Adaptsys are also introducing a pressure only sealer which reduces the cost of tape and reeling to all, so now, even low volume users can justify Tape & Reeling in-house.

With new product releases coming from both sides; the FlashRunner Quattro is the latest innovation in ISP production programming, offering for the first time true parallel programming of 4 channels in a single solution. The Quattro can also be configured to multiplex those programming channels; and so could potentially program up to 16 devices in gangs of 4.
