On 1st August 2018, TE took ownership of the ENTRELEC business and the company is currently going through an integration process. The name change reflects the new ownership and highlights the company’s commitment to its customers and employees in Poland.
Marcus Resch, Director of Business Development for TE`s Industrial Business Unit, stated: “The name change underlines the strategic importance of this acquisition for our customers in Poland. We are now able to offer them a broader and more complete product platform to help reduce complexity and drive innovation, creating new growth opportunities for us all. We will rename other legal entities in other major markets as appropriate.”
The name ENTRELEC will remain as a product brand within the TE family. It encompasses a full range of terminal blocks and includes the following product typologies: screw terminal, spring terminal block, ADO terminal blocks, test & measurement blocks, power distribution terminal blocks, PLC wiring systems and marking solutions.
TE offers a comprehensive portfolio of products, technologies and services – all available from a single source, including complete systems for power, signal and data connectivity with a special focus on harsh environments.
