The module supports Bluetooth LE 6, Matter, Thread, Zigbee, IEEE 802.15.4, NFC T, and proprietary 2.4GHz protocols, enabling broad interoperability across IoT ecosystems.
It is based on Nordic Semiconductor’s nRF54L15 SoC which Integrates a 128MHz Arm Cortex M33 processor, RISC V co-processor, and an ultra-low power 2.4GHz radio for high efficiency and performance.
The Flexible ‘Build Your Own Firmware’ platform gives users full freedom to develop custom stacks using nRF Connect SDK and Zephyr RTOS.
The module features an integrated PCB antenna with an option for external antenna connection, allowing design flexibility and improved RF performance.
It comes in a compact, IoT ready form factor of 12 × 8 × 2.3mm package, making it ideal for space constrained designs, wearables, sensors, and industrial modules
The module operates from 1.7 to 3.6V, with an extended temperature range of -40°C to +105°C, ideal for harsh or industrial environments
