Tiny kit encoder suits lab equipment, robotics, automation & microtechnology

PEWATRON has launched the PS20A kit encoder with an astonishingly small 20 mm diameter. This extraordinarily compact unit leverages the latest optical reflective technology to deliver resolutions of up to 2046 cycles per revolution. The PS20A is ideal when size is critical and is extremely easy to install thanks to the convenient kit system.

The PS20A comes with a cable and connector and is also available with a line driver. Working up to maximum rpm of 6000 and operating temperatures range from -20°C to approximately +80°C, it is one of the most efficient compact encoders available today.

The PS20A’s extraordinarily small footprint and superb resolution make it a convenient, low-cost solution for applications such as laboratory equipment, robotics, automation systems and microtechnology.
