Bransys expands manufacturing capabilities

Bransys Group is pleased to announce the expansion of its manufacturing capabilities with the acquisition of two REHM VisionXP+ Nitro 3850 Type 834 reflow ovens.

The REHM VisionXP+ Nitro 3850 reflow ovens are widely regarded as some of the best reflow convection soldering systems available, known for their energy efficiency, outstanding performance, and sustainable operation. Each oven features 8 preheat zones, 3 peak zones, and 4 cooling zones, ensuring precise thermal management and consistently high soldering quality.

With a strong focus on sustainable resource management, the VisionXP+ series integrates EC motors, significantly reducing energy consumption and operational costs. This aligns with Bransys Group’s commitment to eco-friendly manufacturing. The ovens’ innovative heat transfer and nitrogen technology also reduce emissions and energy usage, contributing to a more sustainable approach to electronics manufacturing.

Advanced features

The REHM VisionXP+ reflow ovens offer a range of advanced features that optimise the soldering process:

  • Vacuum soldering option: This allows for efficient, stable production, minimising voids and ensuring low-maintenance operations
  • Gentle cooling options: Various cooling features, including underside cooling, support the easy cooling of high-mass boards, preserving product integrity and performance
  • Energy efficiency: The integration of EC motors delivers proven energy savings, supporting environmental sustainability and lowering operational costs
