According to Robert Davies, Marketing Manager with EAO, the new Series 09 sealed push-button switches feature robust and long lasting elements optimised for low current operation in demanding hard-wired vehicular applications: ‘‘They were specially developed for safe and convenient operation under all conditions and can easily be operated with gloved hands. Magnetic actuation and non-wearing reed contacts ensure reliable operation over an exceptionally long lifetime,” Davies said.
The new Series 09 switches are simple to install wherever a hard-wired switch is needed, on the outside or the inside of the vehicle. The large, 24mm coloured lenes are securely integrated into rugged, rubberised 39mm front actuators that provide IP67 ingress protection. Numerous lens colours are available from EAO, marked with both with standard and a wide range of application specific symbols.
