The devices are available in two configurations: as four equal-value resistors ranging from 1 to 100kΩ and as two resistor dividers in the same package with ratios from 1:1 to 1:100. A rugged moulded 0.050″ pitch construction and narrow (0.150″) 8-pin SOIC packages are in accordance with JEDEC MS-012. The devices offer a typical power rating of 100mW per resistor element.
The integrated construction allows for higher precision over discrete SMT chips claims the company, making the devices suitable for precision voltage dividers, op amps and battery management applications. Typical end products will include automotive, telecommunications, industrial, process control and medical instrumentation.
Per AEC-Q200, the resistor networks are rated for ESD to 2kV at higher than 10kΩ. The devices have noise lower than -30dB and voltage coefficients of lower than 0.1ppm/V. The temperature range is -55-+155°C. All devices are RoHS-compliant and halogen-free and pass the sulfur resistance test per ASTM B 809.
