The ADF4371 delivers one of the highest frequency synthesisers in the industry, offering the widest continuous RF output range available — 62MHz to 32GHz — while the ADF4372 operates at 62MHz to 16GHz for designs that do not require the higher frequency.

Ultra-miniature quartz crystal only 0.33mm high
IQD Frequency Products has launched a small quartz crystal, the IQXC-240, which measures just 1.2x1.0mm with a height of only 0.33mm. The IQXC-240 is available in frequencies between 36 and 80MHz and is well suited for applications where space is at a premium such as IoT, VGA, USB and WiFi.

Q-Tech has announced the availability of the QT6xxLW Multiple Output LVDS Series of space qualified crystal oscillators. These MIL-PRF-55310 oscillators are Type 1 Class 2 hybrids, delivering exceptional frequency and temperature stability for space satellite and other high-performance aerospace applications. Units in the series are available with from 1 to 12 LVDS differential output pairs at selected frequencies between 15 MHz to 200 MHz.

IR receiver modules deliver improved sensitivity
Two series of miniature infrared (IR) receiver modules for IR remote control applications have been introduced by Vishay Intertechnology. Devices in the Vishay Semiconductors TSOP95xxx and TSOP96xxx series deliver improved dark-ambient and disturbed-ambient sensitivity to infrared signals, better suppression of RF noise, and excellent pulse-width accuracy.
