Densitron’s industrial TFT range has just been extended with the addition of three new Seiko Instruments displays, 32NHF0H, 32WVF0H and 35WVF0H, which utilize the Fringe Field Switching (FFS) technology to create wide viewing angles of up to 170° in both horizontal and vertical directions.
Measuring 3.2” and only 1.9 mm in thickness, the new 32NHF0H offers an impressive near-High Definition (nHD) pixel resolution of 360x640 which is set to become the standard resolution used for displaying mobile HD contents. The new TFT comes with selectable CPU interface 8-bit / 16-bit, utilizes bright 300 cd/m² LED backlight, and has an outstanding contrast ratio of 800:1 and true 24-bit colour depth to create 16.7 million colours.

The two other new displays, 32WVF0H (3.2”) and 35WVF0H (3.5”) are both 2.0 mm thick and have LED backlights of 350 cd/m² and 300 cd/m² respectively. They offer a contrast ratio of 500:1, a resolution of 480x800 pixels which is currently the highest resolution available for displays of their sizes and 24-bit colour depth to produce 16.2 million colours. Both displays come with 24-bit RGB interface (+ SPI interface for register settings). 35WVF0H also provides selectable RGB interface 18-bit / 24-bit.

The high-performing Seiko TFT displays have long-term availability guarantee and can be further enhanced through Densitron’s Engineering Design Service which offers options on integrating standard or custom display modules with PCB, Plastics, Keypads and/ or Touch Overlays.
