Wireless Logic, an IoT connectivity platform provider has acquired IoThink Solutions for an undisclosed sum. IoThink is an international software as service vendor, which provides tools for customers to build their own bespoke IoT solution. This agreement marks the latest step in Wireless Logic’s business expansion following the acquisitions of Mobius Networks and Jola in July.

With growth across key European countries a key strategic objective for UK-based M2M connectivity specialist Wireless Logic Ltd, the organisation is expanding their business to Germany with the launch of a subsidiary located in Munich. Ulrich Kaindl joins the organisation as Managing Director of Wireless Logic GmbH Germany with a brief to exploit the potential being witnessed across a growing number of vertical markets.
