Amphenol’s new ICC USB 3.1 Type C connectors are now in stock in Europe at TTI. In a small space-saving form factor, these new ICC USB 3.1 Type C receptacle connectors are available in Gen 1 and Gen 2 versions and deliver up to 100W, supporting SuperSpeed communication of up to 5Gb/s for Gen 1 and 10Gb/s for Gen 2.

TTI has acquired CHANGNAM, a South Korean semiconductor distributor. Founded in 1992, privately-held CHANGNAM is principally focused on the automotive, consumer electronics, industrial and wireless end markets, and in addition to a technical sales and marketing team, has hardware and software engineers that actively work with end customer product design teams.

The KMR Series of microminiature top-actuated tactile switches from C & K is now available at TTI. The Series includes IP40, IP67 and ultra-low current versions to suit a wide variety of different markets and can be designed into many applications, including those exposed to harsh environmental conditions.

Now available in Europe through TTI are the new design line of AC vehicle connectors from Phoenix Contact. The components have been developed in accordance with the requirements of the automotive industry (LV 124 and LV 214). Just as the tried-and-tested handle design line, AC vehicle connectors rely on robust and high-quality materials as well as on a uniform plug design.

Industry’s first bi-directional 1500W surface-mount PAR TVS in a low-profile eSMP SMPC (TO-277A) package are now available in Europe at TTI. Vishay TPCxxCA Series devices have a low profile of typically just 1.1mm, (around 52% lower than the traditional SMC package) and a 38% smaller footprint. Combined with high power density, Vishay’s TPCxxCA Series TVS enable designers to save board space and reduce costs.

Amphenol’s NTC type CR-1 chip thermistors for use in harsh environments are now available in Europe at TTI. The devices incorporate the high performance NK chip thermistors on tin-coated Alloy 52 leads with a high performance acid and moisture resistant coating. The coating offers a combination of properties that can be used in applications where moisture, high temperatures or chemicals can damage other thermistor coatings.

  Now available in Europe at TTI, Inc., are several new series of automotive TVS diodes from leading manufacturer, Littelfuse. The new Littelfuse AEC-Q101 qualified TPSMB, TPSMC, TPSMD, TPSMA6L and TP6KE TVS diodes provide protection for sensitive electronics from transients induced by load dump and other transient voltage events.

TTI is now stocking TE Connectivity’s Micro-MaTch connectors. With its contact spacing of 1.27mm, the connector family fully complies with the electronic packaging requirements of today and the future. The system offers a range of board and wire connectors, enabling a variety of wire-to-board and board-to-board interconnections.

TTI is stocking Yageo’s expanded AF series of sulphur-resistant chip resistors, and they can now be ordered from the distributor. The recently introduced 4-pin, 2-resistor (0402 x 2) AF122 arrays and 8-pin, 4-resistor (0402 x 4) AF124 arrays help meet increased market demands.
