Torex Semiconductor has launched the XCL230/XCL231 as a new series of low supply current, built-in step-down DC/DC converter. The XCL230/XCL231 Series is a 36V, 600mA step-down DC/DC converter with an integrated control IC and coil. Integrating the coil makes for easier circuit board layout and minimises malfunction and noise from the component and wiring layout.

Micro DC/DC converters with built-in negative output voltage
Torex Semiconductor has launched the XCL303/XCL304 as a new series of inductor built-in negative output voltage micro DC/DC converters. The XCL303/XCL304 series are small coil-integrated negative voltage micro DC/DC converter IC. Increased oscillating frequency to 2.5MHz and by adopting the small package CL-2025-02(2.5x2.0x1.0mm), the mounting area is reduced by approximately 78%.
AEC-Q100 compliant high speed voltage regulator
Torex Semiconductor has launched the XD6702 as a new series of AEC-Q100 (Grade2) compliant voltage regulator. The XD6702 series are CMOS high-speed voltage regulator ICs with a 36V input and low supply current. The output voltage is fixed internally by laser trimming and can be set from 1.8V to 18.0V in 0.1V steps. (Standard Voltage 1.8, 2.5, 2.8, 3.0, 3.3, 5.0, and 8.0V).
