AEC-Q100 compliant high speed voltage regulator
Torex Semiconductor has launched the XD6702 as a new series of AEC-Q100 (Grade2) compliant voltage regulator. The XD6702 series are CMOS high-speed voltage regulator ICs with a 36V input and low supply current. The output voltage is fixed internally by laser trimming and can be set from 1.8V to 18.0V in 0.1V steps. (Standard Voltage 1.8, 2.5, 2.8, 3.0, 3.3, 5.0, and 8.0V).

Torex Semiconductor has launched the XC6237 as a new series of LDO regulator featuring ultra-low current consumption, available in small and thin packages, suitable for IoT devices and wearable devices. The XC6237 series is a CMOS process high-speed LDO regulator IC that achieves low current consumption, high accuracy, and high ripple rejection.

Expanded lineup of transient voltage suppressor protection diodes
Torex Semiconductor has launched the XBP141P as new series of TVS. The XBP141P is mounted adjacent to an external interface and protects an IC installed in a subsequent stage from static discharge. Since the pin capacitance is as small as 0.8pF, it is possible to be used on high speed signal lines and they are suitable for line protection of USB3.0 and other lines. Furthermore, four TVS diodes are in a compact DFN2510-10A (2.5 x 1.0 x h0.55mm Height) package, so that protection of 4 lines can be possible.

Lineup of step-down synchronous DC/DC converters expanded
Torex has launched the XC9268 series of step-down synchronous DC/DC converters compatible with 36V input and 600mA output, for industrial equipment and consumer appliances having an input source of 12 or 24V. The XC9268 series has a maximum input voltage of 36V, making it suitable for use as a power supply for step-down from a 12 or 24V line. Its low minimum input voltage of 3.0V makes a MAX Duty of 100% possible, so it can also be applied as a component in an input OR circuit used with a backup line.

A new series of voltage regulators has been launched by Torex Semiconductor, with the XD6216 series. The XD6216 series are positive voltage regulator ICs with 28V of operation voltage. The series consists of a voltage reference, an error amplifier, a current limiter, a thermal shutdown circuit and a phase compensation circuit plus a driver transistor.

Operational instability prevention and ultra-low quiescent current
Torex Semiconductor has launched the XC6135 series and XC6136 series, two voltage detector products which have ultra-low quiescent current and detect voltages making them among the lowest in the world. The quiescent current is roughly 1/10 of conventional products (44nA for the XC6135 series, and 88nA for the XC6136 series), allowing them to extend the operating time of devices with small batteries such as IoT devices, wearable devices, and smart meters.

Torex Semiconductor has launched a series of synchronous step-down DC/DC converters supporting a low output voltage from 0.60 to 0.95V and achieving an ultra-low supply current of 0.5μA. The XC9272 series enables power to be supplied with high-efficiency to chipsets that require a core voltage under 1.0V and maximises the performance of low-voltage chipsets.
