Cosel has announced the release of a very high reliability 80W DC/DC converter, the MGF80. Packaged in an industry standard two by one inch, six sided, shielded metallic case, the MGF80 series has been designed to Cosel’s strict criteria for high performance and reliability, contributing to the company’s world class quality with a failure rate of below 30 parts-per-million (ppm). 

Cosel Co has announced the release of two new models of high power density, 300W and 1,000W power supplies with extended communications I/O for demanding medical and industrial applications. The addition of the 300W PCA300F and 1,000W PCA1000F to the existing 600W PCA600F complements and expands the family of power supplies to cover a much larger range of applications.

Cosel has announced the release of an industry first, 200W, open-frame, configurable AC/DC power supply with triple outputs tailored for robotic controllers and factory automation. Based on a unique concept, the Cosel RB series offers three configurable isolated outputs, with one having a reinforced isolation to power Intelligent Gate Bipolar Transistors (IGBT) or equivalent applications.

The opening of a new R&D and innovation centre in Toyama, Japan has been announced by COSEL. In a brand new, purpose built building with a floor space of 8,200 square meters, 250 R&D employees will have access to advanced equipment and technologies to design high quality power solutions with a reduced time-to-market.
