Operate PCIe Mini cards from a low-profile computer
Allowing PCIe Mini and Half PCIe Mini cards to be operated in a computer with low-profile housing, a PCIe-miniPCIe adapter has been introduced by PEAK-System. Alongside a Mini-USB socket and a Micro-SIM card holder, the adapter features a voltage supply of 1.5 and 3.3V for plugged PCIe Mini cards.
The adapter is suitable for the operation of USB solutions and add-in cards for wireless communication such as WWAN, WLAN, and WPAN.
