Responsible for building service offerings that go beyond consulting, Hilderman and the Global Services team will help VectorCAST customers implement best practices for Software Development and Test, aiming to improve software quality and make Software Certification as efficient as possible.

Vance Hilderman brings safety-critical software and systems engineering skills along with deep domain expertise in regulated industries to his new role: a perfect complement to the existing product offerings of Vector Software. Living in Los Angeles, Mr. Hilderman participates in software/computer forums and performs keynote addresses at a variety of safety-critical systems events.

“We’re extremely pleased to have added a professional with Vance’s expertise. With his track record of success, and thought leadership in the safety-critical space, Vance is the perfect person to head our Global Services group,” comments William McCaffrey, Chief Operating Officer, Vector Software.
