Introducing a new series of power modules from ON Semi

The Q0PACK module contains a T-NPC topology with 65A/1,200V IGBTs, 60A/650V IGBTs and an NTC thermistor.

The Q2PACK module uses a split NPC topology using 160A/1,200V IGBTs, 100A/650V IGBTs and an NTC thermistor. These topologies are suitable for higher power levels.
