The new three-phase sixpack inverter modules feature optimised high-speed IGBTs and soft-switching diodes.
The new flowPACK 1 and flowPACK 2 modules can drive up to 150A and their improved efficiency will also help reduce systems costs.
Both modules are packaged in the low-inductive standard flow 1 and flow 2 housing, and are available with optional phase-change material.
