Handling is very simple. To fasten, simply push from the inside onto the profile rail and lock in place. Mounting components can then be fixed with M5 screws. An integrated connection serves for potential equalization.

The fastener is made of steel and can easily be removed from the profile rail. It can be installed and reused several times. All housings from the Rittal delivery program are designed within tolerances for the use of the 19″ fastener. Conrad offers the mounting hardware in blocks of 24 pieces.

“This innovation from Rittal offers professional support for workflows,” explains Martin Kredler, Head of Product Group IT Installation Technology. “Manual work steps are reduced, and time is saved during assembly.”
“Direct integration of three cage nuts with just one click within the assembly profiles saves time and nerves,” explains Jörg Thalheim, product manager, IT infrastructure, at Rittal.
