TriLite to participate in Display Week

TriLite, the developer of the world’s smallest projection display, has announced its participation at this year’s Display Week event in San Jose, California.

TriLite will introduce its new compact, cube-shaped Trixel 3 projector (~1cm3), optimised for mass production and ease of integration into AR eyewear designs. This new format enables hinges to be positioned closer to the lenses, reducing complexity for manufacturers and supporting sleeker, more stylish smart glasses.

The new Trixel 3 is specifically designed to meet the demanding requirements of next-generation consumer AR smart glasses—delivering outstanding brightness, ultra-low power consumption, and minimal size for all-day wearability. Its performance and versatility also make it an attractive solution for selected automotive applications, such as driver information systems and dynamic interior or exterior projections.

Kevin Hockerman, Head of Sales at TriLite, will deliver a 15-minute on the exhibit hall showcase stage, Thursday at 9:45 AM, providing an overview of the company’s mission and display innovations. Mario Spiegl, Chief Commercial Officer at TriLite, will be available onsite to engage with visitors and discuss the new display solution.

Trixel 3 remains one of the industry’s most compact and lightweight projection display, offering exceptional brightness, precision, and energy efficiency. Designed for seamless integration into AR smart glasses and fully compatible with modern waveguides—without requiring relay optics—Trixel 3 enables true mass-market potential for augmented reality wearables.
