32-bit microcontroller ranges from 1MHz to 160MHz

The TMPM471F10FG 32-bit microcontroller from Toshiba is now being shipped by authorised distributor Mouser Electronics.

This MCU is based on the Arm Cortex-M4 processor with floating-point unit (FPU).

It operates from a 1MHz to 160MHz frequency range and a 4.5V to 5.5V voltage range, and it supports firmware rotation using the memory swap function.

The microcontroller features a 1MB maximum flash memory capacity and maintains up to 100,000 program/erase cycles, supporting device functionality enhancements.

It also features a 12-bit Analog-to-Digital Converter (ADC), I2C interface version A (EI2C), and asynchronous serial interface (UART).

Applications cover motor equipment, power conditioners, robots, washing machines, and refrigerators.
