iC-Haus at SENSOR + TEST

At this year’s SENSOR + TEST 2025 trade fair in Nuremberg, iC-Haus is a co-exhibitor on its stand with INNOMAG e. V. – Innovationsplattform Magnetische Mikrosysteme.

One of the main highlights at the trade fair is the multiturn encoder solution TW39_3M, based on the proven iC-TW39, the universal TMR angle sensor for on-axis applications, especially for motor feedback systems. iC-TW39 is suitable for high-resolution incremental and absolute measuring systems and also supports multiturn applications.

The new TW39_3M evaluation board from iC-Haus combines the TMR-based iC-TW39 angle sensor with the battery-buffered Hall sensor iC-PVL to form a compact end-of-shaft encoder solution for absolute angle measurement with additional revolution counting. It is well suited for industrial automation and robotics applications.

With iC-PVS, iC-Haus is also showcasing a universal Hall sensor that combines a highly flexible configurable Hall array front-end with a 56-bit low-power period counter and an integrated 6-bit interpolator. Battery-buffered, it can be used to implement multiturn absolute encoders that operate with conventional incremental scales or gear wheels.

Another highlight is the new linear image sensor iC-LFMB. Due to its optimised pixel geometry, it greatly simplifies optical alignment and is the ideal solution for precise triangulation applications, for instance.

The new signal converter iC-NQE, a highly integrated circuit for signal conditioning and high-speed sine-to-digital conversion for magnetic or optical position sensors, will also be showcased. Linear scales and angular sensors can benefit from higher resolution and accuracy, allowing for an outstanding measurement precision, a faster motion speed or an improved control quality for drives.
