Resistors 100 % screening ensures VCR stability

The HVCR series resistors from Stackpole Electronics have been specifically developed to provide superior precision and stability in high-voltage divider, monitoring, and control applications.

Unlike other low-voltage coefficient chip resistors currently available, the HVCR series resistors undergo 100% screening to guarantee their VCR remains within the specified range. This rigorous testing ensures reliability and performance under demanding conditions, making them ideal for precision applications.

Applications such as testing equipment, instrumentation, medical devices, power inverters, and battery management systems demand high levels of precision and stability.

In high-voltage environments, however, the stability and accuracy of these systems can be compromised due to the effects of a resistor’s VCR.

Poor VCR can lead to resistance variations as the applied voltage changes, causing measurement errors and system instability.

Features include fine-film resistor technology, igh-voltage pulse handling and low noise.

The resistors offer 10 MΩ and 100 MΩ resistor values; 2512 size with VCR less than -2 ppm; and 1206 size with VCR less than -5 ppm

Applications cover testing equipment, instrumentation, medical devices, power inverters and battery management systems.

The resistors are in stock at authorised distributor DigiKey.
