KEMET C4AQ-P capacitor series available at Rutronik

Rutronik is now offering the C4AQ-P capacitors from KEMET for use in particularly challenging environments. These are characterised above all by their extreme reliability and performance, and deliver enhanced functionality when other components are already failing.

They function reliably in a temperature range of –55°C to +125°C and a voltage range of 450VDC to 1,600VDC. In addition, the capacitors have an excellent self-healing capability. They are AEC-Q200 qualified, THB (temperature-humidity bias) tested and are ideal for applications in the automotive industry, in renewable energy systems or in energy storage systems, for example.

The capacitors are tested for up to 3,000 hours under temperature-humidity bias (THB) conditions at 60°C and 95% relative humidity (R.H.) at Vndc. Option for testing up to 500 hours at 85°C / 85% RH is also available upon request. They perform reliably in the capacitance range of 4.7nF to 8.2nF.
