Its mechanical design and motion controllers reduce test times by up to 50%, while its 12 multifunctional test heads allow for simultaneous double-sided probing of up to 44 points. The VIVA software has been optimised for efficiency, enabling the parallel execution of different test types. Furthermore, intelligent analysis capabilities and algorithms, rooted in artificial intelligence, dynamically optimise the test sequence in real-time without compromising coverage.
Additionally, the PILOT VX introduces the FlyPod option, which enhances testing flexibility by equipping a single mobile probe with up to 14 channels. This feature facilitates access to boundary scan circuits and incorporates onboard programming capabilities, all without the need for external fixed cables. The platform is also designed to test flex circuits and perform both electrical and optical tests on LEDs.
