Mouser Electronics is now stocking the CC2651R3 SimpleLink 2.4 GHz wireless microcontroller from Texas Instruments.

This wireless microcontroller is a single-protocol 2.4 GHz wireless MCU supporting Zigbee, BLUETOOTH 5.2 Low Energy, IEEE 802.15.4g, and TI 15.4-Stack (2.4 GHz).

It is based on an Arm Cortex-M4 central processor and has a low sleep current of 0.8 µA with RTC and 32 KB RAM retention. 

The CC2651R3 SimpleLink wireless microcontroller is an ideal turnkey solution for adding low-power wireless communication and advanced sensing to grid infrastructure, building automation, retail automation, personal electronics and medical applications.
