The Ezurio Nitrogen95 SMARC family is a system on module (SOM) solution built on the Smart Mobility Architecture (SMARC) form factor.
It is engineered for high-demand commercial, industrial, and medical human-machine interface (HMI) applications.
The module offers flexible hardware configuration via USA-based in-house assembly, allowing direct selection of RAM capacity, eMMC storage, and specific Sona connectivity modules to meet product requirements.
All Nitrogen95 SMARC modules include standard software and integration support.
The SOM is based on the NXP i.MX 95 applications processor family with power management provided by the NXP PF09 power management integrated circuit (PMIC) and NXP PF53 regulators. System memory is supplied by LPDDR5 RAM (configurable capacity).
Wireless connectivity configurations are: Sona Wi-Fi + Bluetooth (BT) wireless modules (configurable options)
An associated evaluation kit provides a comprehensive platform for immediate hardware and software assessment of the Nitrogen95 SMARC SOM. This ready-to-use platform is designed to facilitate immediate development and validation for commercial, industrial, and medical device design teams.
