Kurtz Ersa and Connect Tech recently partnered to host an Advanced Selective Soldering Training Course from 23-24th September 2025 at Connect Tech’s facility in Ontario, Canada.
The two-day programme drew participants from across the US and Canada for an immersive learning experience. The sessions were led by Joe Clure, Head of Application/Demo Center at Kurtz Ersa, and covered advanced process control, optimisation, and troubleshooting techniques for Ersa’s selective soldering systems.
The training combined classroom instruction with hands-on machine operation, giving attendees the opportunity to apply best practices in real-time production scenarios. Participants gained valuable insights into achieving consistent soldering quality, reducing cycle times, and maintaining system reliability.
“These courses continue to build process knowledge and help our customers optimise their operations,” said Albrecht Beck, President of Kurtz Ersa. “Our goal is to ensure every user gets the most out of their equipment while advancing their overall manufacturing capability.”
Connect Tech’s engineering-driven culture and focus on high-reliability designs align closely with Kurtz Ersa’s mission to deliver technology solutions that help manufacturers meet modern production challenges.
Together, Kurtz Ersa and Connect Tech are helping engineers and technicians across North America elevate their technical skills and drive continuous improvement in selective soldering processes.
