NanoFlowX will exhibit in Booth 2527 at SMTA International 2025, taking place 21-23rd October 2025, at the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center in Rosemont, Illinois. NanoFlowX’s will show visitors its full suite of coating solutions — V1, V2, V3, VX3, and V4 — with live waterproofing demonstrations of V2, the company’s flagship solution for achieving IP67/68-level protection in minutes.
NanoFlowX provides fast, simple, and cost-effective electronic protection compared to traditional conformal and Parylene coatings. NanoFlowX’s dip-and-heat-cure process delivers 360° protection for PCBs, including connectors, without impacting performance or serviceability.
Key technologies featured at SMTA International include:
- V2 waterproofing solution – a two-step process that protects electronics against water, corrosion, dust, and humidity with a five-second dip and five-minute cure
- VX3 non-fluoro coating – a halogen-free, environmentally friendly solution offering the same protection as V3, with IP67/68 ratings and compatibility for electronics up to 10A or 48V
- Weatherised EMF/EMI shielding – featuring graphene nanoplatelets, NanoFlowX’s coating technology shields devices from electromagnetic interference, crucial for defence, aerospace, and medical applications
- Self-healing coatings – advanced polymer microcapsules activate under abrasion and heat to extend the life of coated devices in extreme environments
“Our goal is to help manufacturers protect electronics faster, cheaper, and smarter,” said Rick Fung, CEO, NanoFlowX. “SMTA International is the perfect venue to show how our coatings outperform traditional solutions — with no masking, full reworkability, and unmatched durability.”
Attendees will also have the opportunity to schedule free testing of up to three coated devices, see real-world case studies (including children’s tablets, drones, and rugged servers), and explore NanoFlowX’s sample kits for quick in-house trials.
