Its mission is to empower women in engineering to improve gender parity in the industry, promoting science, technology, engineering and maths by delivering STEM activity days to primary and secondary schools, inspiring the younger generation to take up careers in industries they may not have considered before.
This provides pupils the opportunity to think about their careers and equip them with the knowledge to make the right subject choices to embark on their chosen career.
